It's incumbent upon responsible citizens to get to know the candidates before casting a vote.

Coffee and refreshments 6:30 PM to 7:PM
Forum 7 PM to 9 PM

Invited candidates include those from the 23rd and 48th Legislative Districts; 42nd, 45th, 55th, and 95th Representative districts; all County offices; County board districts 4 and 6, and the 18th Judicial Circuit.

Candidates have been invited to bring literature which will be available outside the meeting room.

Candidates running without opposition will be introduced at the beginning of the Forum but will not speak.
Candidates running with opposition will each give a two minute opening statement. They will they take questions from the floor. These questions will be submitted in writing. Following the Q and A each candidate will make a one minute closing statement.

This event is open to the public so please encourage your friends and neighbors to attend.

Remember, Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Also, last day to register to vote is Tuesday, October 7th.
