Topic: Protect the Vote

Note Summer Schedule! 2nd WEDNESDAY in June-July-August, 11 am-12 pm.

Join us for the next Defend Democracy Drop-In, Wednesday, July 8, 2026, from 11:00 am - 12 pm at the Glen Ellyn Library. North & South rooms give us space to spread out so bring a friend!

Multiple efforts to restrict voting during the 2026 midterms are underway and undermine our democracy. We addressed some of these efforts during the June Defend Democracy Drop-in, but there are more! Come to the meeting to find out the latest on this topic and learn what you can do to protect voting rights in Illinois and across the country. Please bring your phone and a tablet/computer.

Note: in an effort to be more green, handouts will not be available at the meeting, so please bring your tablet or laptop to pull up resources on line.

This is democracy in action so we hope to see you there - And bring a friend!
