Attendees will hear from leaders representing the Glen Ellyn Civic Betterment Party, which has won Village offices almost without exception for decades. We will also hear from two political science professors at College of Dupage to gain additional perspective on local elections, voter turnout and recent trends. The public is invited and there will be a  question and answer session after the presentation.
