Key Dates For Registration and Voting

• 2.8.2024 - First day for the DuPage Election Division to mail a ballot to voters who request one

• 2.8.2024 - First day of in-person voter registration & early voting at DuPage Co fairgrounds

• 3.3.2024 - Last day to register to vote online

• 3.4.2024 - All early voting sites open across DuPage County

• 3.11.2024 - Last day for any voter who is a member of the U.S. service or their families and for any voter residing outside the US to make application for an absentee ballot

• 3.14.2024 - Last day for the Election Division to receive a Vote by Mail ballot application by mail

• 3.18.2024 - Last day for early voting

• 3.19.2024 - Election Day: in-person voter registration and voting; polls open 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Candidate Forums for the March 19 Primary Election

Forums are only held for contested races.

• LWV Elmhurst held Candidate Forums on Sunday, January 21, 2024 for Democratic candidates in 3 races: DuPage County Coroner; DuPage County Recorder; U.S. Congressional District 6. The link for the recorded forums is found HERE.

• 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM: Democratic candidates for DuPage County Coroner

• 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM: Democratic candidates for DuPage County Recorder

• 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM: Democratic candidates for Congressional District 6

• LWVGE will hold a forum for Democratic candidates for DuPage County Board District 4 on Tuesday, March 5 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glen Ellyn Historical Society, 800 N. Main St. Glen Ellyn
